Rosé Bočky comes from grapes from fifty-year-old vineyards. It represents a serious, robust and dry rosé with a longer shelf life. Winemaker Jan Stávek once again chose a longer maceration of the grape skins in the must. Over the course of four days, very attractive aromatic substances were released from the perfectly matured and healthy skins, and the wine strengthened its structure at the same time. The aroma is complex. The longer spicy-fruity aftertaste emphasizes the exceptionality of this rosé, which is a great partner for food, e.g. rocket salad with marinated pork tenderloin.
